Do's
· Cleanse your skin twice a day: Cleansing your skin in the evening removes everything that burdens the skin and prevents irritation. Cleansing your skin in the evening liberates the skin from metabolic wastes that have accumulated during nighttime regeneration.
· Remember to always extend your facial skincare and cleansing regimen to the neck and décolleté. Unfortunately, these areas of the body are often neglected, even though they are the ones that first show your “true age”.
· Make sure to use a cleansing product and toner suitable for your skin type. This ensures that the specific needs of your skin are met while it is being deeply and gently cleansed. This also helps to achieve your skin care goals.
· Always conclude your cleansing ritual with a toner. It removes any remaining residue, pre-moisturizes the skin and perfectly prepares it for subsequent skin care.

· Remember to use more than just water to cleanse the skin. Water can only remove water-soluble substances, while oils and lipids remain on the skin. To remove them, you need the mild oil-dissolving ingredients used in high-quality facial cleansers.
· Avoid irritation by not using brushes or similar tools to work the cleansing product into your skin. They are also an ideal substrate for the growth of bacteria and germs.
